	Online Registration form: You may save your work at any time during the online registration process and come back to it at a later date through the username and password you received via email. To secure your child’s spot, you may use a Visa, MasterCard, or send a deposit check to the address below.
	Hard-copy registration form: Please mail to the address below with your deposit.
